Mixture for Greek Grill Spice Mix
Perfect for grilling on the grill, in the oven, in the pan of any kind of meat. Ideal for baked potatoes. Marinade: 2 cups oil, 1/2 cup vinegar, 2 tbsp grill mixture. Stir and dip 1 kg of meat for 12 hours.
Ingredients: Oregano, Turmeric, Sumac, Black Pepper, Rosemary, Thyme, Allspice, Paprika, Sea Salt.
