Excellent quality selected grapes of Northern Greece area. Unique recipe of grape varieties fermented at vacuum -sealed inox tanks at a controlled temperature hall. Innovative pre-homogenization at controlled preheating swirl process, in special inox tanks. Discontinuous distillation in copper pot-column still, with head and tail cutting. Ageing for 12 months in inox tanks.

60ml Classico Spirit P, 150ml Tonic water, 5ml Lemon juice

Method:
Build and stir.

Serve:
In a highball glass with ice and a lemon slice.

60ml Classico Spirit P, 5ml apricot syrup, 30ml grapefruit juice, 10ml lemon juice, 5ml strawberry puree, 10ml mandarin pure, 4ds bitter orange,

Method:
Shake with ice and double strain

Serve:
In a wine glass with ice and an orange slice

Ingredients:
50ml Classico Spirit P, 5ml green apple syrup, 5ml pink grapefruit syrup, 5ml blue curacao, 5ml forest fruits puree, 20ml lime juice, Tonic water

Method:
Shake with ice and double strain.

Serve:
In a wine glass with ice and two slices of green apple.
