The Greek Providore offers flat-rate shipping to Metro Areas in Australia. The Greek Providore reserves the right to request extra freight contributions for remote/rural areas or for large orders.

Please allow 1-3 days for expected dispatch of items that are in stock.

Delivery time is determined by location. The following is a guide to estimated shipping times in Australia as determined by Australia Post and Sendle (100% carbon-neutral delivery):

How long shipping will take depends on where you live. A parcel can take from 1 to 10 days to arrive at your address.

We now offer shipping Worldwide. The shipping rate is calculated automatically via the website.

Customs and Taxes

International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery and are not included in the product(s) price. 

Tracking

You will receive your tracking number from our shipping partner - Sendle.
Follow the directions on the email or notification to track your package. This tracking service is provided and managed by Sendle. If you do not receive these notifications, please email us at hello@thegreekprovidore.com.au


What happens if my items get lost in the mail?

If you have received a Shipping Confirmation email, but have not received your order within the specified timeframe, please contact sendle.com.au and quote your tracking number. You can find these details within your Shipping Confirmation email. You can track the progress of your order at any time by clicking the tracking link contained within your Shipping Confirmation email. If the matter is not resolved though the postal company, please contact us for assistance.

PLEASE NOTE: THE GREEK PROVIDORE does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, the driver will leave a card with details of how to collect your delivery. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, the driver will not be able to leave your order ‘hidden' at the address.


What happens if my items get broken in the delivery?

Please always check the box before you accept it. If there is any broken or damage of the delivery box, you could refuse to accept it.

Please open and check the items are all in good condition immediately after you receive the package. If there is any damage, please go to the tracking page to submit an insurance claim within 48 hours. For the claim, you will need to take several photographs including:

• The packaging,

• The parcel label (clearly showing the reference number), and

• The damaged item.

Important: These all need to be displayed all in the one photo for the claim to be processed.

If the damage isn't reported or photographed correctly you won't be able to claim on the damaged package and The Greek Providore is not responsible for any damaged or lost products.
