All products are sold on a non Refunds basis. We will only refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you have received a defective or damaged product please send us and email at hello@thegreekprovidore.com.au within 3 days of receiving your order.

The Greek Providore offers flat-rate shipping anywhere in Australia. The Greek Providore reserves the right to request extra freight contributions for remote/rural areas or for large orders.

How long shipping will take depends on where you live. A parcel can take from 1 to 10 days to arrive at your address.

Customs and Taxes

International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery and are not included in the product(s) price. 

Tracking

You will receive your tracking number from our shipping partner - Sendle.
