Matured for 12 months in barrels, this smooth amber-hued brandy balances the rich sweetness of hazelnuts and apples. A perfect harmony of quality and indulgence, delivering exceptional depth and character in every sip.

Characteristics: 

• Appearance: Clear, bright, refined amber hue.
• Aroma: Tea leaves, cinnamon, white flowers, sweet spices, and fruits in a complex, balanced clarity.
• Taste: Balanced with high-quality tannins, concentrated, complex, and well-rounded fruity and woody flavours of spices with mastic, chamomile, tea, apple, and cinnamon.
• Aftertaste: Long, balanced aftertaste with notes of apple pie.

Production: 

• Raw Material: Premium quality selected grapes from Northern Greece.
• Fermentation: Unique recipe using grape varieties fermented in stainless steel tanks, under vacuum and controlled temperature.
• Distillation: Innovative discontinuous distillation in copper pot stills and a re-distillation column, with head and tail cutting.
• Aging: 12 months in 2 different types of barrels.

• Serving: In a snifter or whiskey glass, with dark chocolate.
