His dedication to quality led to the relocation of the distillery to Patras, renowned for its exceptional grape varieties.

In partnership with master bartender Argiris Oikonomakos, the G.P. HAHALIS distillery has modernised this classic recipe to create Vermood Rosso.

This liqueur features a delightful blend of semi-sweet wines made from the native Rhoditis and Mavrodaphne grapes. Enhanced with a careful selection of botanicals, including artemisia, gentian root, allspice, bergamot, saffron (Krokos), and their unique spice extracts, each sip offers a harmonious balance of sweetness and complexity.

Vermood Rosso is crafted from 100% natural extracts, featuring Greek honey that elevates its distinct flavour profile, while remaining free from artificial colours or added sugars.
