Another favourite traditional recipe with a “taste of summer”. Handmade sour cherry juice with a “tangy twist”, and a subtle, cool lemon aftertaste which perfectly balances the sweetness of the cherry juice.

Ingredients: Sour Cherry juice (45%), lemon juice (10%) sugar, water
How to Use: Sour Cherry Gin Cocktail (makes 6)
250 ml Grace Gin125 ml Cointreau
100 ml fresh lime juice
250 ml Lemonodasos Sour Cherry Juice
Splash Angostura bitters
Ice
Soda or Mediterranean Tonic water
Lemon & Orange Zest Twists, for garnish
Petits Grecs Sour Cherry Spoon Sweet, for garnish
- In a pitcher, combine the gin with the Cointreau, lime juice, sour-cherry syrup and a few dashes of bitters and stir well.
- Pour into ice-filled glasses and top each drink with soda or tonic water.
- To serve: Garnish with the lemon twist, orange twist and sour cherry spoon sweets.
Shake Shake Shake before you use. Dilute 1 part juice to 4 parts water or sparkling water
Storage: Store in a cool place. After opening, the product must be stored in the refrigerator and used within 10 days.
