This Greek Mountain Tea is nature's marvel, its medicinal properties are ABSOLUTELY fantastic!!! Never before have I found instant relief from my chronic gastrointestinal issues (GERD). It certainly helps with digestion, especially after eating rich cuisine, and it is a great stomach relaxer from peptic ulcers. Although you have to be a little careful not to over boil the stems and flowers, as I have found the taste is quite bitter. As soon as the water changes to a light golden color, it's ready to enjoy. With a teaspoon of LOW GI honey, gives it a delightful lift. The tea's medicinal properties begin working from the first cup, however, you do find promising results after a week of consuming at least two cups each day.
