This single Patrinia variety of unfiltered olive oil comes from Melissa seaside village, Corinthia, Greece.

The characteristics of this organic extra virgin olive oil is:

Well-balanced, delicate and sweet aroma, light fruitiness, banana and herbal notes

Use: Combine with mild flavours, vegetables, fish, white meat and in a vinaigrette. Perfect in salads combined with Ladolea's Organic Sweet Bergamot Vinegar

This olive oil is kept in a handcrafted terracotta amphora which is inspired by the rich history of the Corinthian region in Greece, home to an ancient pot dated to 700 B.C called the Aryballos.

The opaque surface of the amphora prevents the light from penetrating, which allows to preserve its exceptional aromas.
