Traditional Handmade Sweet Quince Bar

These traditional products of Kefalonia are handmade and beautifully packaged and delicious to eat.

Each and every year Voskopoula hand pick the finest quinces from their island and in particular from the area of Palliki, Lixouri.

The quince is bake once until they are nice and golden brown, they are then peeled and vigorously stirred in the copper cauldrons with spices and honey in order to make a marmalade and afterwards, we add more honey, a little bit of sugar, more spices and baked almonds.

The final product consists of 100% fruit and zero preservatives and is stored in vacuum sealed packages, in order for it to be fresh and maintain its wonderful taste.
