Extracted by the very best, hand picked olives of Koroneiki variety, during the first days of October. The groves of Ancient Olympia, old and fierce, provided us with the highest quality of the seed, juiced into this bold olive oil.

Taste profile:  Balanced and fruity. Close your eyes and try it plain, it will remind you of fresh cut tomatoes.

I may buy it again if it was on sale, otherwise pricey.
