Colour: Bright ruby.
Bouquet: Opens with aromas of tomato, ripe wild cherry, blackcurrant, jammy figs, and dried plums, complemented by notes of coffee and spices.
Body: Offers a balanced and vivid taste, enriched by round tannins, leading to a complex aftertaste.
Food Pairing: Perfect with fatty yellow cheeses, smoked cold cuts, roasted meats, sausages, and Bolognese dishes.

Contrary to prevailing trends, he invested in Kechribari, a family product since 1939, aiming to redefine retsina as a wine of modern style and exceptional quality.
