The trademark of Corfu is the kumquat and Merlin is a London Dry Gin featuring Kumquat. 100% distilled with no post-distillation process other than water for dilution.

The main element of Merlin gin is juniper, but it also has a very floral character such as lavender, which together with kumquat give a very particularly elegant and at the same time complex character. It is also very easy to mix it with a wide range of tonics

The fruits are collected carefully from orchards on Corfu’s island
