Crafted by EVA Distillery, Anakato Aged Tsipouro is the result of a journey through Greece’s finest small distilleries. After extensive searching, tasting, and careful selection, exceptional spirits from limited grape harvests are brought together and masterfully blended to create a tsipouro of remarkable depth, elegance, and complexity.

Patiently matured in French oak barrels, this multi-varietal distillate develops a rich and refined character while preserving the purity of the grape. Produced on a small scale, each bottle reflects the dedication and craftsmanship behind every release.

In the glass, Anakato reveals a beautiful amber hue. The nose is expressive and inviting, offering aromas of dried citrus peel, mulled wine, honey, and delicate floral blossoms. On the palate, it is round, rich, and velvety, unfolding layers of lightly toasted oak, red fruit marmalade, butterscotch, and black pepper. The finish is long and warming, leaving lingering notes of golden caramel and honeyed raisins.
