Dressed in the colour of the night sky, the mission Νο. 5 stands out! Ιt remains, deep in mind, as intensely aristocratic with a velvety taste. Also, the pink flowers are dancing into a clear aftertaste of a redemptive pleasure.

Characteristics:

• Appearance: Clear, golden colour.
• Nose: White flowers, pepper, honey, jasmine.
• Palate: Vanilla, agave, spice.
• Finish: Long and complex.

Production:

• Raw Material: Excellent quality selected grapes of Northern Greece area.
• Fermentation: Unique recipe of grape varieties fermented at vacuum -sealed inox
• tanks at a controlled temperature hall.
• Pre-homogenization: Innovative pre-homogenization at controlled preheating swirl process in special inox tanks.
• Distillation: Discontinuous distillation in copper pot-column still, with head and tail cutting.
• Ageing: for 24 months in 3 different types of barrels.

• Serve: In a snifter or whiskey glass, with lemon and salt rim.
• Pair: Honey, nuts, hard cheeses, chocolate, pork, citrus, chicken, caviar, pasta.

60ml Alchemestes Nο.5, Tonic water, 5ml strawberry pure or jam

Method:
Build (no stir).

Serve:
In a champagne glass with a strawberry

Ingredients:
50ml Alchemestes Nο.5, 20ml fresh grapefruit juice, 10ml lime juice, 10ml passion fruit pure, 10ml pink grapefruit syrup

Method:
Shake with ice and double strain.

Serve:
In a coupe glass with salt rim and dired grapefruit slice.
