Harvested early, while still deep green in late October, the olives are hand-picked and cold-pressed within hours. This meticulous process preserves their fragile aromatics, protects their extraordinarily high polyphenol count, and captures the crisp, vibrant flavours that define a true early-harvest olive oil.

About the Producer

Amazona was born from the Kiosses–Martinaki family’s deep love for nature, tradition, and their daughter, Styliana. For generations, Greek families have cultivated olives as part of everyday life, and this legacy lives on through Georgios and Maria.

Georgios grew up beside his father, a lifelong farmer who dreamed of producing truly exceptional olive oil. Although they never fulfilled that dream together, Georgios carries it forward in his honour. His path shifted meaningfully when he met Maria in 2000, a source of strength, inspiration, and unity within the family.

Maria, raised in Lügde, Germany, returned to Greece at 15, bringing with her a blend of German discipline and Greek warmth. In 2009, their daughter, Styliana, became the centre of their world and the inspiration behind the brand.

The family inherited 90 hectares of land and 7000 olive trees in Nea Potidea, Halkidiki, a coastline blessed with ideal climatic conditions. Here, olive cultivation is more than tradition, it is a way of life.

Amazona represents the fulfilment of a generational dream: to produce pure, organic olive oil of exceptional quality, crafted with love, respect, and the spirit of their land.
