How to look after your olive wood:

The olive wood will last a lifetime if it is properly looked after.

Hand wash only, not suitable for dishwashers

Occasionally coat with olive oil to prevent the wood from drying out and discolouring.

Do not leave soaking in water or exposed to heat or sunshine

Please Note: Each piece has it's own individual wood grain and no two pieces are the same and have an irregular shape.

The Coffee Tastes Better... in this Briki!

I purchased the hand made copper bríki and the coffee does taste better when prepared in this authentic coffee pot. I use a wooden spoon because I dont want to damage the tin lining inside, the briki is of very good quality and beautiful to use and look at. The bottom is thick to make sure the coffee does not burn and for even heat distribution, you buy the best once and this is the best I've seen. As such it will last for many many incarnations!

Thank you so much for your beautiful review!
We couldn’t agree more, coffee truly does taste better when brewed the traditional way. The handmade bríki is crafted for that perfect, slow, rich coffee, and we love that you appreciate the craftsmanship as much as we do.

Your attention to detail, using a wooden spoon and noting the even heat distribution, shows such respect for the tradition. You’ve perfectly summed up why we love these pieces.... you buy the best once, and it lasts a lifetime.

We’re so happy you’re enjoying it! Here's to many more perfect cups of Greek coffee!
