High Phenolic Extra Virgin Olive Oil- Mykonos 2023 Edition

Their freshly squeezed, extra virgin olive oil is produced in the area of Ancient Olympia, in the Peloponnese, at 820m height. The groves are cultivated only with organic and biodynamic methods, giving them the best seed, which they harvest during the first days of October, to achieve maximum flavour, aromas and nutrients. 

Our Koroneiki olives are cold pressed to extract the juice, moments after being collected.

The result is this unique, small batch organic edition of Koroneiki Olive variety- which is considered as one of the most stable, high in phenols. 

This limited-edition bottle was specially designed to be presented at their pop-up store in Mykonos, Summer 2023 (hearing you yell MYKONOOOS).

Harvested at the first days of October, when the olives are still far from ripe, yet full in aromas, flavour, and the much-appreciated phenols.

Taste profile: Full body, spicy and pleasantly bitter. 

Food pairing: This one is for SHOTS SHOTS SHOTS. Just 20grams/day, or else, a spoonful can work wonders for your mind, body and soul. It goes amazingly well with leafy greens and fresh tomatoes.

This strongest in flavour oil is rich in natural phenols, anti-oxidants, anti-inflamatories and Vitamins E and K, and even bares a Health Claim Certification EU432/2012, according to which, just a spoonfull (5mg) per day, provides all the antioxidants needed to protect our hearts from the oxidative stress.
